Take time each week to plan your meals and prepare a shopping list. Make sure you stock up on fresh fish, chicken and turkey - low fat and high protein - and nutritious, low fat, high fibre foods like legumes and beans. Throw in some organic vegetables and fruits, some low fat diary products and a wholesome organic bread and you are giving your brain and body a treat with loads of tryptophan and magnesium which increase your seratonin and dopamine levels.
