100 Ways To Be Happy - Tip #5

I really believe my words create my reality. If I am always negative, then I will experience negative things (or maybe that’s what I see because that’s what I’m focusing on!)
I love using positive affirmations. A PA is a simple statement phrased in the present tense that. The idea is to repeat them 10 to 20 times, several times a day. I like to write them out as well. I fill up the page with my chosen affirmation.
You can say them out loud while you are getting ready for work, driving in your car or sing them to your kids.
So try it!
“It’s easy to be happy. Life is fun!”
“I love life and life loves me!”
