Start saying “No” and don’t feel guilty about it!
I know that when I take too much on and start taking responsibility, or ‘rescuing’, other people, my happiness quotient takes a nose dive.
Just say ‘No’ to things that encroach on your personal time, your boundaries or that you just plain don’t want to do.
