7 Ways to Better Sleep - #1

Cut back to only 1 caffeinated drink a day. This means only ONE coffee, tea, guarana (or other energy based), cola or chocolate drink. 

Also, cut back on carbs and sugar after lunchtime.  Carbs are converted to sugar in the bloodstread and this can make you tired, craving more caffeine to keep you awake.  This just results in a vicious cycle of sugar -> caffeine -> sugar which hurts your waistline as well as your beauty sleep.

So replace caffeine with herbal teas or pure water.
