A wise Indian doctor once said to me that what we see before we go to sleep imprints itself on our subconscious and shapes our dreams and the energy we wake up to in the morning.
Is your bedroom a peaceful haven? If not, take a few minutes in the evening to tidy up. At the very least make your bed in the morning so you have smooth, fresh sheets to slide into at night.
