7 Ways to Better Sleep - #7

What about your physical environment? Is your bed supportive? Are you pillows, linen and nightware clean and allergen free?
Too much light when you are trying to sleep will not just keep you awake, but prevent your body from doing it’s repairs while you sleep. Make sure your curtains exclude excess light, turn your television off (or have a timer do it for you) and wear ear plugs if you need to.
Living in a busy city, I wear ear plugs most nights and rarely wake up once I fall asleep. I always have a few pairs for plane trips as well.
