Native American Bird Medicine

I did a bit of searching on Bird Medicine. The closest I could find was ‘Blue Bird’. Since the bird in my dream was blue, it seems pretty close to me.
Bluebirds are viwed as a sign of renewal and a symbol of happiness and Love.
The Cherokee and the Pima Indians believed that at bluebirds were once white or grey.  One day Bluebird found a lake up in the mountains and bathed in it. The water caused her feathers to turn as blue as the sky.
Bird People should remember that all birds are messengers of Great Spirit.
Bluebird’s message is one of love, happiness, joy and hope that comes from within you and should be shared with another in the way of romantic love.
